Smart Media Recovery Service
Free Smart Media Flashcard Evaluation

If Photorescue will not run on your system, or if you just don't feel comfortable with attempting the recovery yourself, I would be pleased to attempt the recovery for you. I do not charge for evaluating your camera memory card. If I am unable to recover your photographs, the only thing you pay is $5 for return postage to send your flashcard back to you. I use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to send your card back to you. My photo recovery service is very popular. Read what some of my customers have to say.

Photorescue does not write to your camera flash memory card, memory stick, floppy disk, or CD, so there is no risk of further damaging your photographs. This non-invasive method of recovering digital photographs leaves your original files untouched in the event Photorescue is not successful.

If I am able to recover some or all of your photographs, I will send them to you on a CD ROM along with your unmodified flash memory card. Photorescue works on most flash memory cards, floppy disks, memory sticks, and Sony CDs that have not been formatted.

Recovery service prices:

Memory cards up to 512 megs - $24

Memory cards higher than 512 megs - Add $24 per 512 megs.

Send me your card:

If you've decided you'd like me to attempt the recovery, please print this form and include it with your flash memory card. My mailing address is on the form.

Feel free to give me a call to discuss your particular challenge.

What not to do: Do not format your smart media card or attempt to store more images on it. Either of these actions can erase or overwrite the previously stored image files making it impossible to recover your photographs. The best thing to do is to store the card until you attempt the recovery or send me the chip so I can attempt the recovery for you.
